NHS Active 10 Walking Tracker
Going for a brisk walk is a great way to clear your head and improve your mood.
The Active 10 app lets you set targets for how much walking to do each day, and tracks your achievements. It will give rewards for each brisk minute you walk, and allows you to store and view up to 12 months of your walking activity so you can see how far you’ve come.
